PAYMENT POLICY

We work with the main Spanish and international insurance companies. When making an appointment, you will be asked if you have an insurance company and, if so, you will be referred to the corresponding center that has accreditation to treat patients of your company.

If you do not have health insurance, you will be treated at either of our two locations, the Dr. Valderrama Cardiovascular Clinic or the Vithas Málaga Hospital, depending on the first available appointment, avoiding unnecessary delays for you.

We accept the majority of available forms of payment, including cash, card, Bizum or bank transfer. We have tailor-made financing agreements in case of complex surgeries. Do not hesitate to contact us.

How do I know if my company covers the treatment?

You can freely ask your company before doing it. In case it does not cover it or only covers a part of it, you will be offered a personalized estimate.

Can I get insurance to cover the surgery?

Normally, companies oblige to declare pathologies prior to contracting insurance and can exclude said pathologies from its coverage. In addition, there may be a grace period for certain coverage, except for urgent pathology. We recommend that you consult it before contracting the insurance and that you make sure that your insurance agent has written down all the information that you have indicated.

Will I get an invoice?

Of course. Request it at the time of payment.

Can I be surprised when making the payment?

Absolutely. The price of services, treatments and surgery will always be indicated to you BEFORE they are carried out. In addition, in the vast majority of treatments we work with fixed prices, without surprises. The prices of the surgery are ALL INCLUSIVE, that is, they include surgery, healthcare staff fees, hospital stay, medication, restoration and postoperative consultation. You only have to add the preoperative, which can be done wherever you want, it can even be requested by your Primary Care Physician.

Can you treat me at the Dr. Valderrama Cardiovascular Clinic with any of the insurances you work with?

No, we can only assist you if you have Asisa, Mapfre, DKV, Vivaz, Alan and CASER insurance or with any of the reimbursement insurance. Also of course if you do not have an insurance company. For the rest of the insurance we will attend you at the Vithas Málaga Hospital, make an appointment directly at 952 121 100 .
